Jasmine Roper is a Litigation Attorney is the Consumer Advocacy Division at Higbee & Associates, where she began her career in 2026. Prior to joining Higbee & Associates, she worked as Privacy Counsel across several major tech companies. She has experience as a regulator having worked as a HIPAA Investigator for the Office of Civil Rights Region 4 office.
Jasmine earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Albany State University. Before pursuing a career in law, Jasmine spent five years working for the State of Georgia as a Probation Officer and Counselor for the Department of Corrections.

Personal Message:
Outside of work, Jasmine loves cheering on her Atlanta Falcons and serving the community. She is a Guardian Ad Litem to two amazing boys where she mentors them and represents them in their dependency case. Jasmine also enjoys traveling with Lake Louise topping as her favorite travel destination.
